Goodison Park

Most supporters continue to use the old name of their grounds despite sponsorship. Could we all continue to call the new stadium Goodison Park? It’ll soon catch on I reckon

I think if Goodison Park was renamed, a lot of fans would have continued to refer to the stadium as Goodison Park.

I don't think that's the case when you move stadium though, because Goodison Park exists, and it's not the new stadium.

It would also get pretty confusing in years to come. "Oh, which Goodison Park was that?"

The new ground is going to be either called the Hill Dickinson, Bramley Moore or BMD in general chat. Depending on people's preference.

Goodison Park is Goodison Park. It will never be replaced. For what its worth, Me and my mates call 'The Hill Dickinson Stadium'..The Dixie.

Should have renamed it from the off. Laziness means the slave trader lives forever as the name of our ground.

When we moved to goodison I just called it anfield so I’ll call the new one anfield also
