I just heard this on breaking news. I gulped with fear as I know we will be linked with him...when you look at the threads going around, I think most of us are looking for something a bit different to Barry Fergy.

I have a feeling that Moyes likes Bazzer, though, and would go for him at a cut price - despite proving beyond doubt at Blackburn that he'd be way out of his depth here. I cant see Newcastle going for him with the likes of Butt and Barton already in there.

He'd do well at a newly promoted side that needs to scrap for results - don't think he's had a great run in form since before he joined Blackburn, absolutely no chance that Moyes would go for him... Although my money's on Stoke - if they stay up.

McGregor on the other hand would be a great 2nd keeper, that, for a change, would genuinely keep Howard on his toes - I'm assuming if Ferguson's been listed, so has he.
