Excellent again, more so defensively this time. He gave us an outlet down the left but he was sloppy at times (like the rest of the team). Liverpool countered our Pienaar/Baines combination well.
He'll stay, aslong as Moyes is fair with him and plays him when his form is good, like now.
Remember when you and everybody else was positive that Moyes didn't like Leighton because he was too small and he wanted the height that Lescott offered at full back and Leighton would definitely be sold in the January window because he wouldn't be happy at not playing? Yeh and then I came back and said Leighton loves the club too much and he would wait for his opportunity and then take it when it came along and Moyesy would definitely give him a chance because he really rates him. YEAH THAT'S WHAT I THOUGHT.
Poor post mate, need to improve.
He only got in the team because Yobo got injured, if that wasn't the case then he probably would've thought about moving on. He said in the "Evertonian" magazine he would assess the situation in January.
His form has been excellent thankfully, he's a must in the team now for me. He's hopefully gained Moyes' trust.
He got his chance and took it, someone was bound not to be able to play at some point.
Yobo, Jagielka and Lescott are very rarely injured, he was lucky to be honest.
I'll injure you in a minute.

An average squad player. Was doing ok but is slowly slipping back into the Leighton we all know. While i might not the remove centre half p/ship at the moment i would love to see Valente come back when fit or anyone for that matter
Valente's out for the season according to Moyes.
What Leighton do we all know? What did he do wrong? What goals where his fault?

Oh my good god.
Looked very shaky at times and was doing his usual trick of watching the ball go over his head.
