We've coped before at the end of last season. But where's the attacks coming from besides shoveling it forward to Fellaini? The right flank is still a dogs breakfast, unsolved by Moyes even after all this time. If we dont have Mirallas back against City it'll be brutal, I fear.

Bit harsh mate. We could be on to a winner with Coleman/Mirallas. It's nobody's fault they're both injured.

Is a 'strain' as bad as a 'tear'? Sorry if this is a stupid question.

Nah, a strain is basically like when you stretch an elastic band so far it goes all shyte and you've got that weird bit which is all frayed, a tear would be like cutting halfway through a part of it. A strain won't be more than a couple of weeks, a tear would probably be nearer a couple of months.

Hopefully Moyes does rest him though, I'd like to see Distin out there, and play a more compact back 4 probably, Oviedo to play in front on the left side who's got pace and hopefully work rate. He can also cross decent from the left which is what we need.
If Mirallas is back, have him on the right, otherwise Pienaar.

Have Gibson/Osman sit a bit deeper w Hitzl in reserve on the bench. Fellaini and Jela as a sort of lodestone to crosses. We could pretty much sit with 6 in our own half and attack with 4 on the break.

Howard - Hibbert, Jagielka, Heitinga, Distin - Osman, Gibson - Mirallas/Pienaar, Fellaini, Oviedo - Jelavic
Bench of Duffy, Hitzelsperger, Naismith, Barkley and Vellios.

Will be hard to press as high up as we have for the better part of this season, think we need to be more compact and take the chances on the break when Fellaini and Jelavic can get the ball stuck. Play to your strengths.
