Baines: We have no chemistry

Not sure about that, I think the opposite, he knows he is on very thin ice and the only thing that might save him is the cup, if not he is certain to be sacked and is making last ditch attempts to shift the focus onto players, fans, and anyone that isnt himself.
This exactly, everyone's fault but his. The worst thing is he has escaped media attention for so long, yet when he finally does come under scrutiny, all he can do is accuse the press of 'twisting' Baines words.

It's been a rubbish two seasons with the best squad we've had in my 27 years on earth. That's the frustration. How many fake turning points and chances can he get before enough's enough? It's stupid things that people in the stands can see but his stubbornness to leave things as is for too long costs us point.

Why wait for the cup run to be over? We have been absolutely dreadful the last two games, we need to find some form going into the semi or we will be getting nothing out of this season. I really hope he turns it around because he's a nice bloke and he seems to get the club but his stubbornness and the bizarre noises coming out of the club make me think he's too far gone

I think we need to start admitting that the squad isnt as good as we think otherwise they wouldnt be as abject as they are.

Look at the league table every year we have won the cup. Its not pretty reading but the cup wins are what we remember, not the position we came in the league.

Got to win it first obviously....

Even if we did win the cup, it doesn't gloss over the complete failure of the last 2 seasons league campaigns

I don't want any more of his excuses and limp roll overs to inferior opposition.

The filth won a pot and made 2 cup finals and still shot Dogleash for his abject failure in the league. If we've got real ambition we need to show it, by installing a manager who's top drawer, this fella simply isn't at that level.

It would gloss over it though. Once the league is finished its over and we start again, who knows what will happen from there?

The real ambition is to win things surely? Thats what its all about.

Last time we won the cup our team was pretty moderate. We then added a couple of players and came 6th. This time we have a way better team, which is about to finish bottom half for the 2nd year in a row. The difference is THE MANAGER, I don't know how much more obvious it needs to be.

It is,and it's also about fans paying a lot of money supporting Everton, and the majority not wanting Martinez to lead us into next Season.

It wouldn't gloss over the fact we've been as weak as piss for 2 years in the league for me mate.

Sure winning the Cup would be great, but next season we'd be playing the same way and getting the same sort of results.

He's not good enough

Let's face it put yourself in moshiris shoes if we win the cup he could well think he is on a loser with fans and press if he sacked the first bloke to win something for 21 years. If we win it he is more likely to give him to Xmas and then RE-assess. I'm not saying that's what he should do but I do think it's the more likely scenario. If we don't win it then he doesn't sack him then he will definitely be on a loser with the press and fans. So in my eyes he's either gone at seasons end or at Xmas.

It gets forgotten over time though, it always does.

As I said over the course of time nobody will give a toss if we come 6th or 12th if we win a trophy.

And as I keep saying, we are coming ourselves thinking that this squad is great and should be top 4 or whatever. Its not that good. Potential is there but that's it for now.

The players need to take some of the blame but they dont seem to get any.
