There has always been heatwaves, floods, and extreme cyclones. This isn't new. The bush fires have been made worse, because of the policy of the firebreaks. The planet maybe warming, but it is nothing we are doing. It is a cycle. It heats up and cools down all the time. The data we are seeing is showing the planet has been getting slightly warmer for the last 200 years - it suits the narrative. The graphs are set up in such a way that it looks as though the temperature is going through the roof, when in reality is has risen by just over 1 degree. What were the average temperatures 500, 1500, 5000, 100,000 years ago?
Not one scaremongering prediction has been true. What happened to the 1 billion climate refugees? What happened to the coastal cities being under water? What happened to the world wide famine due to crop failure? None of these thing have happened. The world won't be ending in ten years - it's just more scaremongering, using bad data.
The weather hasn't changed at all since I was born. 1976 (the ladybirds) was the "hottest year on record" until 2018. What about the 42 years in between? It was all just average. Some were hot and some weren't.
