Its not about the marking, yes we conceeded from a corner, but there was a problem in everything we done today.

It’s absolutely about zonal marking and that lack of tactical knowledge to execute it properly. We’ve conceded more than 10 goals due to zonal marking.

I agree with you about many things that were wrong, especially our attitude today. It’s a manager job to instill focus after a big win. Seems like the manager joins in with the complacency, the team started each half too relax and stuck in 1st gear.

Nobody can tell me that Brighton have better quality players than us. That simply isn't true. Before you can win Premier League matches you have to show willing. No-one can just show up and expect to beat another Premier League team without working hard and showing grit. We beat Burnley 5 and we then fail to score against Beighton. We have some good players but they are not that good that they don't need to put in 100% week in week out.

It was due to 80 minutes of being a man short in midfield.

Based on bad team selection and tactics. Never can agree with a 3 CB setup.Why change a side that won 5-1 just a few days ago?

I fear the problem has been there since around the time somebody wrote "not good enough" on the wall at Goodison.
Martinez started wrecking the club and then Koeman, the P.E. guy and BFS nearly finished us off.

Attitude and mentality is over half the problem.

We could have better players and they wouldn't succeed because there is no culture of winning and no pressure to be successful.

The only answers to that problem are a lot of patience, and a ruthless cull of the playing staff. If you don't perform, then you need to find another club. We give so much time to absolute no marks in the hope they will come good yet some of the same people want a new manager every time we lose a match. It makes no sense to me. I'm fed up with our players getting a free pass. They need taken out of their comfort zones. Sink or swim.
