Seems I got lucky missing the game due to work. Sounds like it was dreadful, again.

This is it. Our problems extend much further than a centre forward.

The most worrying thing for me is our lack physical strength. We were like an under 13s team out there.

I don't know what to say really, which is a first for me.

The first goal bounced off our defence to an unmarked player who just tapped it in. The second goal was scored when a player was not closed down but tbf he hit an unstoppable shot into the corner of the net. The third goal was the most disgraceful piece of defending I've ever seen, three players pulled towards the wing ending with one of theirs on his own, with none of ours within 10-15 feet, in our 6 yard box with only the keeper to beat.

6-0 would not have flattered them, this was the most inept performance by an Everton side I've ever seen, and after 55+ years I've seen a few.......

When we get beat 5-0 by Utd, Koeman is gone......

Atalanta are a top 4 Serie A side. We're not even a top 6 Premier a League side.

The worrying this is that our lads actually tried.

Spent all summer chasing sigurdsson.. when we dont need that type of player.
Knew Rom was gone 6 months ago but never replaced, dont understand the thinking at all.
Pickford our one decent signing, hopefully Keane comes good but we have no shape.

Not a chance. He's only just been given a lengthy £7m-a-year contract.

And although we didn't have a big net spend, he was still backed to a certain degree.
