Most of our players are crap, but they try their best and that's all we can ask of them really. Can you name one guy who would get on the RS bench? No, nor me.

We will regret not replacing our only goalscorer. I still think we'll stay up, though.

I went to Benfica.

It wasn't a great trip (for me), which is why ive done a runner and backed out of going to Lyon. Not wasting Holiday days just to see another Benfica.

We had something like Coleman at LB, who was inexperienced at the time, Gosling, Distin and Hibbert in defence that night or something?

Genuinely embarrassed at the moment and feel so much for those Blues who went to tonight's game only to be shafted, not by losing, but by not even being arsed about it.

That's true. We got stuffed at Benfica, but at least we had the excuse that we were playing with a scratch team; if I remember correctly we had about ten guys out. It's not as if we were missing one player who was vital to the team.

At least with Martines there was one good and exciting attacking 45 minutes.

In fairness to Martinez we had more than a good 45 minutes. We usually had half a dozen games a season where we played well.

However, making comparisons with Martinez, Moyes, or Walter Smith's teams are pointless. Neither of them will ever manage us again, we need a plan to get out of the hole we're in at the moment.

True. But for the moment I don't really see what plan Koeman has in mind.

I still say we'll look back at the these performances at the end of the season and wonder how we ever played so badly. Koeman isn't isn't an idiot, he won't keep letting this happen. He has a reputation to keep and build on. Klaassen and Sandro will adapt and improve, Gylfi will get fitter and Seamus will be back. Also (and it must happen) a centre half and striker will be signed in January.

How likely are we to be able to get a centre back or centre forward of an acceptable standard in January? Especially when you look at the recruitment over the summer - the wrong positions filled, the wrong players signed.

Lads, United handicap of -2 is 9/4 and -3 is 6/1. I fully suggest making the easiest money of your life and lumping on one or both of those, depending on just how bad you think it'll get.
I actually had 3-0 man utd with lukaku getting 2 as my prediction, that was monday, could be 10 the way we are going, and the way Lukaku can play most games when hes bothered, which no doubt he will be sunday

Another abysmal performance but expected with another idiot in charge. What have McDonald's and Everton have in common, they both have a clown called Ronald in charge.
