I was expecting a battering but hats off to the lads. Great away performance and didn't actually look like a weakened team. Surprised at how well we nullified Villa's midfield and forwards. Didn't see Watkins do a thing really - not the best when Tuchel is watching.

Nice to have Grealish back doing Grealish things. Didn’t seem bothered about playing at Villa Park at all.

Lovely finish by Barry. I think he has cemented his place as the starting striker for this season at least. The question is if we can move Beto on this month and bring in a more capable backup striker. If not, I don’t think it’s the end of the world to wait until the summer and try to sign someone who can compete with Barry for the starting role.
