Can we now be consistently solid, please? Or is that too much to ask. If so, can we please sign at least a full-back this window to reduce the "we're a work in progress and can expect to be inconsistent" excuse-making? If we trust his manager like some say they do, back him. And back him to sign the right player.

Squad isn't good enough to be consistently solid yet, probably won't be for a season or two yet. We've gone from consistently bad to being inconsistent, which is a marked improvement compared to before Moyes came in.

We were solid today. O’Brien played well in his natural position. Was inpressed with Rohl was all over and getting forwards defended well, unlucky with that shot in first 11 seconds, I like him and will only get better. Brilliant goal for Barry that wouldn’t have been easy to do very clever chip. Great game and considering we’ve got so many player out injured or away

Another full game for Armstrong, Patterson and Rohl which is good.

Rohl much better, still not sure what his role is and whether he'll be suited to other types of games.

McNeil putting himself about and actually challenging for balls. Took his chance when gifted and it led to the goal.

Barry like Rohl used his size well today, also like Rohl could release the ball faster on the break. Good finish.

O'Brien's pace snuffed out alot of chances today.

Pickford with another important save.

Mykolenko I thought was shaky, some missed interceptions and tackles.
