That VAR disallowed goal is an example of one that would never, ever have been disallowed in the pre-VAR era.

The linesman did flag for it like to be fair

Yes but they don't attempt to play the ball, which Armstrong did. When Robertson ducked out of the way for the rs their goal was disallowed.

I get that, and I did mention it originally. However, you'd say blocking the keeper's view is probably going to interfere more with their ability to save it.

If ours is offside, which to be fair I think it was, they should be offside. I just want a simple, consistent rule that we can all follow.
