…..fair point, we started poorly and Patterson/McNeil were getting overrun but maybe just getting to grips with it. Agree, the sub has got behind Mykolenko and is a goal threat.

They looked poor in that first 15/20. But have got stronger as the game went on. And we look better going forwards down that side.

Not sure what it is about Patterson, but he seems to need 15 mins to get into games. Something wrong with his preparation maybe

My biggest issue is that I no longer truly understand the offside rule because it's applied so inconsistently week in, week out.

I can understand why it was given, but then you have times with players stood offside, in front of the keeper's view, and it's given. Make it make sense.

Yes but they don't attempt to play the ball, which Armstrong did. When Robertson ducked out of the way for the rs their goal was disallowed.

I’m surprised Redknapp and co saying we should be fuming about it being disallowed if I’m honest.

I love to call out crap refs every single week but I can understand that one for the fact he jumps and nearly gets on it himself.

While I’d like to think it’s an unprompted and genuine opinion, I do wonder if they have producers in their ear telling to play up some controversy in these types of scenarios.
