Given his recent statement, I can't see him jumping from the Arsenal frying pan into the Everton fire.
I think it depends if Wenger was forced out of Arsenal and feels he still has a point to prove or if he left of his own accord and wants to have a quieter life.
If Wenger did want to stay in the premiership and, if, there was a young coach that needed a mentor for a couple of years then such a move might make sense. I expect that Wenger and Moshiri already know each other very well and this could make a move more possible.
