Are we a better team without fans?

Are we reaping the benefit of an empty stadium?

No were just a better team than we have been for a while due to good signings

We were just as slow spinless and gutless in some games at the end of last season than we have been under Silva and towards end of koeman

A rocking Goodison can lift a player as much as the moaning, horses for courses really. Our lads just need to make a fast start at home and the crowd is there, if they're pedestrian and looking nervous they make the crowd nervous.

At no point ever though is the sport better without fans.

I hate this stupid idea.

When players serve up utter TRIPE, fans aren't happy. It's not a phenomenon unique to Everton fans, it's universal across all sports. We've had nothing but turd since Martinez 1st season.

It's really not a complicated formula to comprehend.

Some bell piece was on about Pickford the other day saying he'd be better without the fans climbing all over his back, obviously ignoring his dreadful form post covid restart.

Spot on.

the lack of fans and -ve atmosphere/nerves that sometimes comes from us to the players may have allowed them to get into a bit of form. An in form Everton side with a beast of a crowd is a formidable thing. Hopefully we can all get back into Goodison sometime soon and while the good performances are happening.

So glad there are no fans at Goodison today, gives us a chance, with Davies being named on the team sheet the negative whoppers that would be behind the goals can only moan on social media and not at the match.
