Anyone else very excited at the prospect of us relegating Spurs?

One way or another I hope it is sorted before the final game, if they are already confirmed up or down it should make that an easier game for us.

Secondly, it would make it safer for our own fans. If it all depends on that day, it could be a bit of a powder keg.
Yeah, I’d rather it was sorted before then, too.

Even on purely selfish grounds, we don’t want to face a team desperately scrapping in the last chance saloon.

They won't go down.

Whole team see a reduction in wage of 50% if they do.

That'll dictate they'll turn up for the 1-3 games they need to.
But is that not the attitude, effectively, which got them where they are in the first place?

Might be hard to simply to turn it on for 1-3 games when you need to, especially if they lose another 3-4 on the trot before then.

And a huge chunk of them will want out at the end of the season, anyway.

Doesn't really matter if no one wants to buy them, there are a lot of egos in that Spurs squad that are already leaving in the summer in their heads.

We play them at their gaff on the last day of the season. It would be incredibly cathartic for us to send them down, I would thoroughly enjoy it.
Wouldn't be the worst thing to ever happen - if only for the reason;
1) that we went,
2) we did the job,
and
3) We...and by extension - Moyes - DIDNT BOTTLE IT

Hate Spurs. Would love to see them go down.

Makes no difference to me what happens to other clubs.

I will take no joy nor be sad about Spurs whatever happens on the final day.

I know it's ages away yet, but hopefully we target that Romero chap. He's typically a headcase who plays with an edge, but it looks like he's downed tools already. I can see him wanting an early bath.

I don't really get this 'I wouldn't wish relegation on anyone' stuff. It's not life and death. It's not serious health issues. Also, as others have said, that football club literally tried to bin off the English top flight to start their own no-relegation super league. Nah, F them, man.

90+14 sickener in off the crossbar and both posts to win it for us and send Spurs down please!!
Completely this. I don’t mind admitting I’m spiteful 😂

I don't understand you? Do you think players will leave Spurs for free?

Levy ensured every transfer he made all had 50% wage reductions if they go down.

If Spurs did go down, any player they sell would have to have Spurs blessing to leave - if they don't choose to sell, that player is on 50% than he's on now.
They’ll have them absolutely but also likely to have relegation release clauses as well which sets a preferential transfer value to a buying club.

Wham play Wolves at home before Spurs play away at Sunderland.

If Wham win and Spurs go into the bottom 3 their players and club are so mentally weak that they may not get out of it
I’m personally going to up to Sunderland to greet their team bus just to ensure Spurs drop into the bottom three #committed
