Of course it is worth it and there not the best team in the world. Admitting defeat before a ball is kicked is a disgrace as is leaving 1 of your best players out. As for Vic i didnt so try reading what i actually wrote

Manchester United are the reigning English, European, and World Champions having won the 2007–08 Premier League, the 2007–08 UEFA Champions League, and the 2008 FIFA Club World Cup.

IM NOT ADMITTING DEFEAT. Im saying its not worth risking Cahill. If we were playing Stoke at Home i would say dont risk Cahill, if we were playing Barca in the CL Final i would say play Cahill. But its just a league game. Not worth risking him being out for 6 weeks and possibly 10 games.

Its not just a league game, its an important league game

All league games are important surely? If so why risk Cahill in the long run when he could sit out one league game to be fit for certain?

Still a league game none the same. Same importance.

Play your strongest possible team in any league game and I am willing to bet an Everton team with a fit Tim Cahill is stronger than an Everton team with a strapped up Tim Cahill.

He's still young but it just pisses me off a tad when you see him putting little effort in when he should be busting a gut to prove his worth.

Toccy B's theory about blues is right evidently.

I think people is just expecting too much from Antlichebe,he is still a very young player and like any other young player he needs playing time to get better. He got the attributes and talent to become a good player in the future, we just need to be patient

It's a little unfair to judge him on these last few games, he's been playing on the wings and has IMO done very good, also it would be unfair to judge him on how he does tomorrow against Vidic and Ferdinand, arguably the best CBs in the league, so lets wait until he gets more consistent playing time as a striker before making any judgment, shall we.

Don't judge him yet

Bic Vic hasn't got a good run of matches yet, mostly because he is having injuryproblems. He will never be a 20+ goalscorer, but could be useful alongside a pacy striker, similar to what Emil Heskey does.

With only him and Timmy as strikes, he has his chance to convice Moyes that he has a future at Goodison

Its been a shame for our Victor, there is no doubt he has brought his game on this season, its just a shame it didnt happen 2 or 3 seasons ago because we really needed him to have progressed again and have that much extra to his game now.
Maybe it is an attitude thing, seeing Heitinga pussyfoot about and waste his career might have inspired Vic not to go along the same wastrel path.
(Its also of note that as Vic has managed to stay on his feet and use his strength much much more quite the opposite has happened with Jelavic)
