American Food

the PNW seems to adore just culianry craft more than most. and it's very egalitarian, as well. f Michelin stars, it's great ood for the common peeps.

at least that is my impression as a Tucsonan who made a couple trips to Bend (awesome beer town), Portland (beer city), and three days in Seattle.

I eat it at least twice a week with Cajun spices on top. Plenty of malt vinegar to make it go down smooth.

Mike! Hello mate - glad to see you dropping in. In times like these, you need football to stay sane. And American Food. To honor Tennessee, we shall pay a visit to Benton's bacon - the best in the world, no matter what they say in L4.

Bit of a shameless plug but I'm the bar manager in an American smokehouse on the Wirral.

To be fair the ribs are very very good (I'm more concerned about the beer, though)
I keep meaning to go there, now I know it's run by way a blue ;)

That is my other soft spot. Bacon, bacon, bacon love it. I like it chewy crunchy even border on burnt. Good grief I'm starving with lunch still a hour off. Good to hear from you again mezzrow. I hope all is well. I hate these international breaks with a passion.
