Rumour has it that hes been having an eventful and action packed beach vacation.

Yesterday, perhaps seen wrestling a shark for sport before walking on water back to shore...this morning he apparently had a whale ride.

This afternoon he may have been paragliding. Without the canopy, harness or parachute of couse. As he floated back down, the sound of him humming the Zcars theme might have echoed into space...before he landed gracefully onto the earth.

In some ways Amadou, welcome home.

Its so blatently obvious to anyone watching him he has all the potential in the world.

Simply needs the right partner (Garner) and to be played in his position (midfield anchor).

Hes pretty much nailed the anchor midfield position for Belgium and is being hailed as better than any of their 'golden generation' who played in that position (Witsel, Tielemans etc).

He just needs to be used there for us and we'll have a top midfielder.

Currently flying around saving the planet.

Not yet, he has a spa day tomorrow booked as well.

By spa day i mean swimming with and wrestling Aligators.

If he plays like he did today every other game and eliminates some of the mistakes he made today and shows some consistency and not go missing for the next 3 games, then he’s maybe worth the money or close to the £100 million you mentioned in 2 seasons if he keeps it up over the next 2 seasons.

Don’t think he’s lacking any self belief or confidence tbf, what he needs to be told (which he better be already) is when his decision making is off - like passing to iwobi when he could have shot yesterday.

Special player will only get better. That burst though midfield yesterday was a glimpse of his high potential, can only see him getting better after having 1 season already, similar to Branthwaite who are both hugely promising pluses from Pre Season
