Yup the lad has huge potential but more than anything he needs more courage to push straight upwards. He could become a phenomenon. He's one step away from being top4 team player. No wonder big ones sniffing around already.

Plays a bit for himself at times which is why I think he and we get exposed but it’s clear to see his qualities and if he refines that talent he can have an excellent season which will be great for us staying up but could ensure we get a big fee for him next summer if he is to leave.

I think his fortunes will largely dictate how we finish this season. If he stars and earns himself a contract with one of the top 4 teams, then we have safely stayed up and perhaps competed for a top 10 finish.

Some of the shouts are incredibly bad, 'plays within himself' he's rocked up from a mid table french team to start every week at CM in a relegation fight in the prem, while contending with all that its blindingly obvious to anyone willing to calmly look at it that he will develop into a quality footballer.
