That applies to every other manager. I've always liked him and he is very experienced. The longer he's here the closer he is to the exit.
I wouldn't be surprised if he's at Everton for quite a while.

Makes me more annoyed they can't get themselves up for it for any other game.If tonight's anything to go by they wanted to perform for him. Whether it was because it was Unsys last game or not but having Sam in the stands has got to at least give you a kick to impress
Right this minute its hard to see a negative...no doubt that will change. But right now? SoundI know we are all feeling pretty low right now and quite rightly too but are there any positives Sam's arrival?
I'll start with the obvious one, he's never got a team relegated and after Thursday and Sunday's awful showings relegation was a genuine concern.
any others?
W, L or D, i hope the only thing lying down is them rs...even if it means sore knuckles and 4 red cardsHe's the first manager we've had in years whose testicles won't try to crawl up into his belly when we play the RS. I'm not expecting anything from the derby this time round, it's too early, but I am hopeful that we won't lie down.
One word, Bolton.Fat Sam,Fat chance.
I listened to some of the show he did with jim white on talksport. I was impressed with his views on psychology. If anything he'll get the player's heads right, and then hopefully things will improve

I'm cautiously optimistic about him. Our team is by far the best he's ever had. If he can drag us to top 10 he's done a good job.
I'll be fascinated to see who he goes after in January and those he doesn't want in his squad.Funny how people are questioning his recruitment. Look at the players our last two bosses brought in. Also, has he ever been anywhere with resources? Think this could be interesting in a good way.
there will be a few bottling it now. can see him binning about 5 or six of themI'll be fascinated to see who he goes after in January and those he doesn't want in his squad.
