I've been screaming for us to do stuff like this for years. It's not cheating if everyone else does it - it's playing the game.

The lad is a total winner. His positioning was on a different planet to everyone else on the pitch.

Doesn't give the ball away.
Keeps posession and can go past a player.
Keeps it simple and has a pretty good long range pass on him.

Very very tidy player it's not surprising PSG wanted him earlier, He might have wasted his career at Napoli he looks a really solid player.

I'm pleased too, but a new signing knacking themselves straight away would be the most Everton thing ever! I've got to get used to more South American attitude, I'm used to our captains accepting every tenuous decision on the pitch and our players consoling the opposition after they snap one of our players ankles, hopefully that is behind us now.

yoi mean consistently qualifying for a champions league and playing for the second best team in the country?
Regularly praised as best DM in Serie A. Only reason he didn’t leave was cause Napoli (as we saw), are hard negotiators and made it too hard for PSG to get him!
