One thing the Moye's defenders never talk about is the football/tactics he employs.

It's just get him more players and it'll be much better.

No, he will play the exact same % football regardless of who we bring in and will just produce another season of nothingness.

It’s a development though. You have to set the base then develop over time. We need to recruit more midfielders who are capable of dictating play. The way we are set up is a pragmatic way to get the best from what we have.

People scoffed, but losing Doucoure made us less aggressive higher up the field in terms of a high press. He wasn’t the best footballer but his athleticism and engine made him a hard man to play against.

People forget that what players do off the ball is at least as important as what they do with it.

There’s no way an ambitious young manager turns down AC Milan to manage Everton. This has been the whole point about “showing ambition” the whole time - the other party actually has to be interested.
