hes more of a replacement for davies or gana really, but can get goals too..

250 odd prem games …. 37 goals and 48 assists..

id see him as the link from defense to gylfi … which we are very much missing at present. a top quality visionary if you will

gana is great tackling and breaking up, as is davies, Ramsey is a HUGE upgrade on morgan

Age wise yes, but all players are different. The Ramsey of 3/4 years ago was arguably world class. He hasn't hit those heights since and maybe that's down to a series of injuries. Or maybe he just peaked early.

Let's put it this way, the Ramsey of 3 years ago wouldn't be sitting here with 6 months left on his contract. No way.

He's not really a "goal scoring midfielder". He averages 3-5 a year.

I imagine he’s a high earner at Arsenal and I’m not sure what he’d bring to us that we don’t already have or certainly could find elsewhere both younger and cheaper. I think he’s a great player I just don’t think we need him.
