.....valuable last season when we were looking to protect points but perhaps not being used much this time around with greater emphasis on winning games. Interesting.

Similar to Naismith, thought hed come on today...

Wonder if he will want a move himself end of the season as he was basically out of the team at spurs and hes never getting ahead of deulofeu...

Think it was expected that hed be first choice with deulofeu taking his place by season end...not this fast.

The season is only 1/3 in.

Still time to use/need some more players currently in the squad. Remember Moyes' low squad numbers? We're only ever a couple of injuries away from needing the whole squad so some may get a run yet.

Leaves Spurs for game time. Rots at Everton.
Tottenham showed him no respect, they had him training with the U/21's. He would've signed knowing he's only going to be a squad player. We've since signed Del and have had Kone return to full fitness and playing good football.

Kone and/or Del will drop a lot in form or get injured, Naisy and/or Mirallas will leave in January. His chance will come. Should still have 20 appearances for the season.

Theres a pic of him in the daily mail with the caption " former spurs winger aaron lennon was in attendance but didnt look particularly excited"....cant paste here.

I thought the game was crying out for him and his raw pace on Saturday, and yet he still didn't get a sniff.

I wonder if there's been words behind the scenes?
