I saw one question regarding the Police and asking if the family of the terrorist, who shot a policeman in Westminster, were to build a shrine for him by Big Ben, would be allowed to do so by the same Met Policeman who says it’s not against the law laying flowers.............
Not against the law but kind of stupid by those doing it that there would not be blow back and rage towards them.
Hence why terrorists and other types of criminal types families don't do such things. Pretty sure they wouldn't want to draw attention to themselves especially terrorists.
Really is a morale and social issue.
