It was obviously sarcasm.

For ages, Republicans would refer to anyone to the left of them that might cooperate with Democrats as RINOs. Now, Trump and his MAGA followers have jerked the party so far to the right that people like Haley, Mitt Romney, Mitch McConnell, GWB, Liz Cheney, Paul Ryan (all of whom’s values are as Republican as Republican gets) and just generally anyone who steps out of line and refuses to kiss the feet of Dear Leader are now being accused of being RINOs.
 
Well, he's back on the ballot in CO.
SCOTUS also doing a great job pushing his presidential immunity trial back
His judge in FL is doing a great job pushing the trial about documents back.
Turns out shamelessly stacking the courts has benefits.

Of course, the dems could have extended the size of the supreme court but, hey, why bother.

Also, Bidens age is a huge issue now.
It's all eerily reminiscent of RBJ not retiring at the appropriate time.

Effectively the end of the Republic if they do that. That's why Dems didn't attempt it.

How many more justices do you think Dems should have extended SCOTUS by? Another 10 justices to overturn this 9-0 verdict?

I'm more concerned about presidential immunity than the inevitable CO decision.

I dont think the dems should do it.
But I also dont think McConnell should have delayed Obamas pick for nearly a year.

Thats why I said library book to a gunfight.
If Republicans are going to use those tactics, so should dems.

Also, why would it be the end of the republic? the number of Justices has been changed 6 times in the past.

For what it's worth, the supreme court should have term limits.
and in a more controversial take, the senate needs huge reform or to be abolished.

As you probably also know, referring to the USA as a "republic" is code for being a rightwing MAGA clown.

oh yea, gotten plenty of 'It's not a democracy, it's a republic' when trying to point out where the democratic process can be improved,
as if the two are mutually exclusive!
It's a handy one if you rely on minority rule I suppose.

You better believe Clarence Thomas will retire when, or rather if, Trump gets reelected.
