You don't eat all day?

There is no way you do yoga, did you miss spell wanking?
I've been doing hot yoga and Pilates for over 10 years now, its great, and helped a lot after i ruptured my ACL.

I do intermittent fasting during the week, and have yoga again tonight, so dont want to eat too much.

In an ideal world, I'd still be playing footy, but cant risk another 9 months on crutches, so it's a great alternative. Id recommend it to everyone.

You cant seriously be showing a chart, showing gas prices being lowest under Trump, as evidence that gas prices are lower now?

The TDS is debilitating.

I have stopped football, the injuries were just too frequent. I do pilates/stretches when ever I remember, I always feel so good afterwards but time gets in the way - too much educating certain types on here!!

Also, I try intermittent fasting for a while, 8pm - 10/11am in as good as I can do - don't really feel the benefits tbh

The best thing about IF is that it makes it easier to eat fewer calories.
 
The bookies have Trump at 4/6 and Harris at 6/4 to be elected. I'd probably angle more off the bookies at the mo rather than the media on the more likely to win

Definitely recommend trying a yoga especially if you already do Pilates. Its a great workout in its own right, great for breathing and balance, and a great compliment to the pilates.
