Here's the thing though mate, I don't see the republicans as fascist not trump, certainly not Vance.

It's a buzzword thrown out because it resonates due to the history of fascism.

Fascism like any other system has many key markers, I'm not sure how Trump or certainly Vance hit many of these markers at all.

Again Trump isn't some out the blue nominee, he's had a prior term, if he is indeed fascist he's quite possibly the most incompetent one in history given the results

Now i actually have no time for Trump but in what is supposed to be a current affairs forum, i think people should be allowed to have pro Trump views without being subjected to belittlement and harassment.

The current affairs forum here has the potential to be a place for intelligent and respectful debate, instead it's been hijacked by a cohort of far left nutters who have no time for an alternative viewpoint, and who wish to forcibly ram their opinions down peoples throats.

GOT in general is a brilliant online community, but it's current affairs forum is mainly inhabited by some seriously deranged and deluded individuals imo.

"We have to vote and we have to make sure that we stop them from cheating, because they cheat like dogs," Trump said Aug. 3 in Atlanta.

"Watch for the voter fraud, because we win without voter fraud, we win so easily," he said Sept. 6 to the Fraternal Order of Police.

"Anytime you have a mail-in ballot, there is going to be massive fraud," he told Dr. Phil McGraw on Aug. 27.

Trump vowed "long-term prison sentences" for election "cheaters." At a Sept. 13 rally in Las Vegas, he said, "We have a good lead, but we've got to be careful because remember, they cheat like hell."

Trump summarized his concerns into one rant in an interview with conservative radio host Wayne Allyn Root: "We have a rigged election. We have bad borders, we have very bad elections. We have a bad voting system. We have mail-in ballots."
