To be honest. I think there are veeeery few out there who arent sure whether they'll vote for Harris or Trump.
The key is turn out.

According to an LA Times piece alluding to pollsters's views between 5% and 10% are undecided. Also a category of 'double haters' who eventually do choose one candidate, they represent somewhere around 15% of the electorate.

If that's the case then this is all still very much in the air.

I've mentioned this on the thread before: I think the Uncommitted group have made the calculation that if the Democrats are defeated narrowly in a state like Michigan and lose the WH this time around then that will serve to recalibrate geo-political decisions the leadership that party will take in the future. A matter of short term pain for long term gain.

Yes, what a brilliant strategy davek has decided for a demographic segment in the USA, a country of which he is not a citizen: Let's not vote in this election cycle so that we can endure 4 years of complete overt racism and xenophobia under Trump and his ilk, which might include deportations, and this will (...checks notes...) apparently make Muslim lives much better in 4 years time, a future time when Trump and his ilk have totally destroyed democracy, gerrymandered districts, empowered Netanyahu, etc., etc., so as to further secure their power in the USA and advance authoritarianism around the world and assuredly increase the suffering of Palestinians.

davek says all this because he really cares, it is assuredly not just performative keyboard histrionics--he really really cares, you can tell by how much careful thought and overall consideration he has put into his argument above. He is not just here to virtue-signal for attention, or to win an argument to feed his ego...rather he really really really cares. Just look at how much he cares about Palestine, about Ukraine, etc. etc.
