I give it 24 hours before one of them says something along the lines of "how did the last Black President work out hmm?".

As @RAFUH mentioned the GOP are trying to emphasize her Indian, rather than black, heritage as they worry about African American turnout in Michigan and Georgia. But I’m sure someone will be asking for her long form birth certificate by the end of the week.

Does it just irk you that the GOP's 2 most decent presidential candidates in the last 2+ decades, John McCain and Mitt Romney both decided to run against Obama, and both got pwned in their respective elections, whereas when Trump ran, he gets Hil-dawg who did her absolute best to help him win, by being terrible at just about everything she did?!

Now imagine it was the other way around? Trump decides to run for president in 2012, and loses emphatically to Obama?!

And then in 2016 Romney runs against Clinton and wins?! It would completely be a different story today!

Strategists should make sure KH is allowed to go off-script a bit. Trump will fling all sorts of racist/sexist insults her way. I don't think it is wrong for her to do two things: fling some well-crafted ones back (afterall, she worked for a president who literally doesn't [Poor language removed] his pants, isn't a 22x accused sexual assaulter, isn't a convicted criminal, etc. etc.) and show a bit of toughness, so long as it is genuine and doesn't come as scripted (like those cringey scripted moments by H Clinton), but also stick to policy and emphasize the moral difference between Dems and the right-wing christian fascists. This might just galvanize some of the undecided.

Of course being a woman, if she comes off as tough and effective, sexist-misogynists like dylsexicbleu and edwardcrompton will always find a way to fault a strong woman ("...she's hysterical..." "...she has no kids...", blah blah blah), but these clowns don't count as functioning members of society or this forum.

Perhaps now, traditional Democrats and independents of the sane center/center-right who loathe the idea of a second Trump Administation can get to the work at hand... which has always been about beating the worst person ever to be nominated for POTUS by a major political party in the history of this country.

If his statement on Biden pulling out of the election tonight is anything to go by, his rhetoric is only going to get a lot more worse and ugly.

I love how everyone said last week: He almost lost his life! The assassination attempt will only wake him up and make him become more humbler and empathetic towards others.

HA! By definition narcissists are INCAPABLE of emotional growth and change. If anything it's only going to make him unleash his full wrath and become even more nasty!

If it starts to look like he's going to lose the election, watch him incite another insurrection, or something even worse next time.

We've been out most of the day belatedly celebrating a birthday. My wife, who has been largely silent about the election season thus far and making no moves to get involved, just announced she's maxing out her donation to the Harris campaign.

I trust it's not because she's drunk.
