Could well be strategic. There has obviously been a lot of news today and Biden giving her his blessing was the most important initial step. Let it play out a bit and then Barack backs her in a day or two and it gives the news another bit of a boost. Better to drip feed than get it all there out at once. It’s only been a few hours since the news broke and nothing is being decided quickly.Interesting article

I sense some kind of 'reform' type entity. The irony being the republican nazi's are the same pint of weak piss that the democrats are, neither showing able to step in and oust a problematic issue.Just like it was hugely embarrassing for Trump to lose to a mentally unfit Biden in 2020, it'd be even more humiliating if he can't defeat an already unpopular Democratic candidate ushered in during a chaotic period where the current President has been ousted from the card against his will.
If he does lose again this time, Trump must surely fade quickly into obscurity.
Just need a rule for retirement age exclusion now. She'd be 35 by election day and (obviously) when sworn in -
setting that aside - heads would explode and Trump would win.
And we can't have that.
I was just thinking about that. Vance v Harris would be fun.Trump would never drop out but you would love to think about the possibility of at least ATTEMPTING to return to some semblance of normal governance if he did one way or another.
