I don’t think Biden would listen - Obama persuaded him to sit out 2016 and Joe seems to believe it was a mistake and he would have won both primary and general. The only thing that will get him out of the race is the same thing that did in the past - a poor showing in Iowa and I’m not even sure if that will this time if his polling numbers in S Carolina hold.

I agree he wouldn't listen (and he would have beaten Trump), but if there is any reluctance from anyone near him they should just show those people a video of what he was like in 2015-6 and what he is like now.

Yeah those comparison videos are beginning to pop up online and are pretty brutal although if Biden gets to the general they will be somewhat offset by Trump’s own “then and now” issues.
Don’t think one of the dem campaigns are going to run it as an ad as they will worry about a backlash to going negative (see Castro, Julian), think they are all hoping that either someone else or the media does the dirty work.

Topics covered in the last debate included healthcare, gun violence(although I doubt that is the “safe space” you were meaning), foreign policy, immigration and education - all of which I feel are pretty relevant. Whether their ideas/solutions are far left is probably in the eye of the beholder.
