In a Medium post late on Sunday, Stephanie Carter discussed the photo, in which Biden has his hands on her shoulders and appears to be whispering in her ear during the swearing-in ceremony for her husband in 2015. “As the sole owner of my story,” Carter wrote, “it is high time that I reclaim it – from strangers, Twitter, the pundits and the late-night hosts. Ah look it’s ok if he’s a touchy feely guy I’ll admit although awkward as them them photos are. Although there is a long list of girls that have complaints about him. They made them feel uncomfortable. But most serious one is Tara reade. It’s an accusation and anyone can be accused but it’s not like it’s something sprung up just in an opportune moment for the election. Evidence in the 90s had been there.
I have tremendous respect for women and am keeping my eye on the development. It would be a travesty for democrats and voters not to shine a light on it and get to the bottom of it. There’s a bit of smoke so we’ve yet to see if there’s a fire.
Hopefully there’s more clarity before the general election.
They have and quite understandably too. And I though Biden’s “apology” about it was poor as it was more in the “if anyone felt offended I’m sorry they did” style rather than the “yeah, that was wrong”
I agree, I don’t think sexual assault, and how you treat accusations, should be a partisan matter.
I find witnesses who come forward who say they were told of assaults at the time very persuasive.

It's clearly something that needs to be properly investigated.
I know that two people who Tara Reade said she told at the time have denied that having been the case, but seems on the face of it that this person does.
Aye, his accuser is very credible imo, but the US has two choices: Pick the sexual deviant they've had the last 4 years and has run them into the ground or the sexual deviant who has some idea of what he's doing and isn't a dangerous buffoon. Sanders is furious
So an independent candidate who suspended his campaign and endorsed another candidate is furious that a party, of which he is not a member, has canceled it’s primary in a state with 25,000 deaths from a contagious virus in the last 6 weeks ?!

Trump cannot by himself delay the election, will require congress and the agreement of the Dem controlled House

I am unclear what mail in provisions there are available in New York but if it is not feasible at this time to make it all mail then there is a valid public health concern to holding the election.
There should however a focus on making elections mail in - both for these primaries, and the November ones.
