The money is there for Medicare for all and college in abundance. And the minimum wage should be sky rocketed. Billions and trillions been made out of the exploitation of workers. No working family should worry about basic things.

Agreed.

The redistribution of wealth from the top 0.1% to the masses will be a revolution, though. And that's the only way we're going to get Medicare for all, college and minimum wage increases

Meanwhile a lot of erstwhile Warren supporters would appear to have gone for Biden as well. Her numbers weren't looking great going in but she got smoked all over the map. And here I was concerned that Sanders would beat Warren in Massachusetts, but Biden beat them both.

It pains me to consider that when we finally get a woman president I won't even be able to vote for her because it'll be Nikki Haley.
Even worse it might be Ivanka...

The money is there for a public option but it's not there for what Sanders wants.
In your terms,
Imagine if every hospital in Ireland was private.
Now hand control of all those private hospitals over to the HSE
Now ban VHI.
Look how difficult building one public children's hospital is in Ireland.
What Sanders is proposing is prohibitively expensive and he'll get battered for it in a GE.

pretty sad when the whole establishment had to basically come out and help biden/stage a coup and trick everyone into voting biden just to stop sanders.. this is twice the whole party trys to stop him.. I really hope the time conventon comes he refuses to speak or endorse biden at all considering the way Hillary treats him after he endorsed her he's got nothing to lose by saying no this time anyway.. it would serve this corrupt party right.. then they can whine until 2024 under trumps next 4 years.

Voters have their own minds, the RNC tried to stop Trump but people still voted for him. There is no coup - just voters who have not yet been persuaded that Sanders is the candidate they think will be best for them/beat Trump.

Perhaps rather than focusing on the DNC a little more messaging, especially to older voters and African American voters, on the benefits a Sanders presidency would provide over a Biden or Trump one would be more productive.

Mad isnt it. This is what we will read now from die hard sanders supporters. It such a trump thing to do. Call conspiracy even when it's simply not true. Obviously people had their reservations with Sanders. Given that he lost two states he won against clinton. Minnesota i am betting because all of the big insurance companies are based there. Out of that 2m alot of them live up there.

I just don’t see how a political party taking a few steps to elevate the candidate who they view to be in the party’s best interest can be considered a “coup”. Especially when the guy they’ve decided ISN’T in their best interest is really only running under their banner as a matter of convenience. Bernie has served in Congress for years as an independent, but is kind of forced to run for president as a Democrat simply because running as a third party isn’t viable in America.
