I consider Hillary a highly intelligent person and has her wits about her more and way more than Trump. But he still blew her out of the water in the debates with big moments. You’ll probably disagree but I don’t think a lot the public would. I know Biden has more knowledge than Trump but I can see Trump dragging him into the dirt and beating him on XP. And that’sbefore I remention the insane gaffes.
You’re either trolling or didn’t watch a single one of the 2016 debates.

Apart from Ireland, Canada, pretty much all of Europe, the UK, wherever you're probably from etc. I agree, it destroys everything it touches

You’re funny.

Economic freedom and the standard of living for the middle classes go hand in hand.

All those countries you list rank very highly in economic freedom:

Pay attention to the countries at the bottom of the list: Cuba, Zim, Venezuela, N Korea. Yep lovely places to raise your kids.

I cannot imagine Trump "blowing anyone out of the water" in an actual debate. Maybe he did some reality TV "trolls" and other nonsense, but he'd make Billy Madison look like James Carville on that debate stage at Knibb High

Yes, and they also feature very highly on lists of countries with free/public healthcare, free education, robust social security nets etc. It's almost as if economic freedom and all that stuff Bernie is talking about can go hand in hand and you just have a severe case of Venezuela tourettes

He might be funny, but you’re not. You’re either mind numbingly stupid or among the more intellectually dishonest people I’ve had the displeasure to encounter.

It would change a lot but he, unlike Warren, doesn't want to do away with the filibuster so he'd need 60 senators to pass his plan.
He'd also need to convince everyone with good insurance that his public plan with no private option, (NO PRIVATE OPTION AT ALL) will be better than their existing plans.
He's promising pie in the sky, he knows that with the filibuster it'll never be delivered so he's safe to push it and say 'I tried but the republicans shot it down'.

Set your mind free from the chains of socialism.

Under a system of free enterprise one persons gain is also another person’s gain. Under a system of state dictate one person’s gain is another person’s loss.

I’ve never understood why he thinks forcing people off their private insurance is a good idea. It’s one of the few areas of disagreement I have with him (and his historic gun positions)

UK has one of the most well established free (at point of access) healthcare systems in the world, but people can still pay for private healthcare if they want to.

An economical naive person looks at those countries and says “the average wage is $50 a month so it’s a good job they have free healthcare.”

An economically educated person looks at those countries and says “wages are $50 a month because they have a system which aims to provide free universal healthcare.”

when it comes to healthcare, he's not proposing what you have in Ireland.
He's proposing just the HSE with no VHI but every hospital will be private, like the Blackrock clinic.
I'm not sure how the system in Canada works but he bangs on about wanting a system like the ones in Europe but no country in Europe is running his model... because it's pie in the sky.
