He's not the sharpest unfortunately. He was a big advocate of Martinez, and hasn't really posted consistently since that went the way it did

Labour getting destroyed now gives you the chance of getting that opposition later.
That's the saving grace of the early GE actually - the fact Labour's destruction isn't dragged out until 2020, wasting three more years.

I'm not going to defend UKIP as a whole and agree they may soon cease to exist (without Farage they are nothing).
That said I don't see it as racist or anti Muslim to want to tackle some of the things they mention - FGM, sharia law courts etc.
We have certain values in this country and if you are in the country you should have to abide by them.
To ignore such things out of misguided political correctness is condemning citizens of the country to ill treatment.
This should apply to anyone, not just muslims
They really aren't becoming like the BNP mate. Let's be sensible here, you can dislike a UKIP for their ludicrous policy's without comparing them to holocaust deniers. UKIP are a joke and always have been, their the Dad's Army of politics. Nobody ever really voted for UKIP, people voted for Nigel Farrage because it was a glorified personality cult. I'm sorry but Paul Nuttel is no Nick Griffin no matter how odious you or I may find him to be.
Discussion is NOT accepted. Maybe this board is more tolerant to it than most but when have you ever seen a discussion on the BBC or anywhere else.
Neil you may not like anecdotal evidence but I deliberately posted what I have personally witnessed for that reason. I could add more about what I have personally witnessed but it is of little consequence
For me people can do what they want AS LONG AS NO ONE ELSE IS HARMED BY THAT OR COERCED.
As I am very little directly affected and don't have kids that might be affected by this (don't laugh but my first girlfriend was Muslim so if we had had any kids they could have been) I am not that bothered and don't spend all my time going mad about it.
Why am I posting all this then?
It's because some of you who are rightly very quick to stand up for women's and other peoples rights seem to be too scared to do so when rights might be infringed in or by one of our minority communities.
In other words I'm more annoyed at some of you lot who should know better than the Muslim's themselves.
It is political correctness gone mad or out of peoples fears of their own predudices.
This is what drives people to Le Pen etc. People are not fooled. They see liberal hipocrisy for what it is
I am a big advocate of having strong opposition, but just having bad opposition is not good for the country. We may as well have a dominant government for 5 years to properly sort out our divorce from the EU while Labour or even some new group builds itself up..........
I'm sorry but, coming out with a supposed crowd pleaser like banning the burka is anti Muslim and racist. A very small percentage of women wear then anyway and, quite frankly, they can where what they damn wish.
I think they're so desperate for post-Brexit support that they are focusing their policy on race and religion, and will probably come more into line with BNP views. Pretty disgraceful really.
What do you mean by this part?
I am saying that in my view a lot of liberal leftie type of people including on this forum refuse to consider that there might be issues that need to be addressed with Islam in it's currently common form in this country with regard to coercion radicalisation and integration.
Actually considering an integration strategy (though not in the half baked opportunistic way of Ukip) would be a good think for the government to consider in my opinion
Reckon there are about 174 more important things for a government to fret about atm than who wears what on their head, their feet, or any point in between.
Or even that it should have absolutely nothing to do with government at all.
I was alluding to clarification on the part when you said that you're more disappointed with some of us lot who should 'know better than the Muslims themselves'.
What would you're idea of an integration strategy involve?
Should they do as your suggesting I will be the first to agree that they're a complete disgrace and a political abomination. But I'm uncountable with the idea of condemning someone (or in this case a group) for something they've not as yet done. You might think they've moved closer to it but for me I'm afraid I simply don't think they're even close to the BNP. When/If they do reach that level they'll find no more an angry opponent to their vile views then myself.I think they're so desperate for post-Brexit support that they are focusing their policy on race and religion, and will probably come more into line with BNP views. Pretty disgraceful really.
