I didn't , but I've always thought she came over well to the public and is a prime factor in why the Tories are doing better in Scotland than expected. (I could be wrong though)

Not sure I get what you mean mate - Dugdale is the Labour leader.

Ruth Davidson. Not great, but made to look like Churchill reincarnated next to Dugdale, who is a laughing stock.

I cant even remember Dugdale - know I've seen her but unmemorable compared to Davidson. Davidson more likable than Sturgeon IMO. I'm not talking about their policies. Just about who seems (to me) to come over better...

Amazing if true.

It'd still be electoral disaster for Labour if these polls are 10 points out. If they're accurate... wow.

Tories will win fairly handily I'd guess with a majority of about 70. It means the country gets a proper opposition in 2017 rather than 2020 so I'm not too fussed. I've no real preference usually and have no runner in the race usually, but I find Corbyn so useless that I want him to lose badly.

70 overall or 70 over just Labour?

I will be amazed if Labour make any gain whatsoever myself. That'd be an extraordinary result for Corbyn.

For example, I don't think it's physically possible to end rough sleeping. We can lower it and give best possible shelter for the vulnerable but due to drugs addiction etc I don't think we can end it 100%. He does utopia politics is basically my point.
Ok so he doesn't end it 100% but he lowers it significantly, what's wrong with that? You can't give him stick over it.

And overall majority of about 70. 180 or so more than labour maybe.

They will probably gain a couple off the tories in London but losses all over the show everywhere else

It's not like anyone wants homelessness to exist - it's not like if you asked Theresa May she'd be all for homelessness, is it? But people want an actual plan to tackle it instead of just yelling that you want to get rid of it. All Corbyn has done is reaffirm the belief that he's an idealist with no clue how to actually achieve his ideals. More houses? Fine. Where's the money coming from Jeremy? Follow through, release a paper, fully cost the plan, show how the country can afford it, show how you'll balance the books.

Tim's label of "utopia politics" is a good one. People know that if you spend money in one place, you have to recoup it somewhere else - hell, anyone managing a household budget knows about that, nevermind the national one!
