It doesn't offend me to be honest. I only responded because you'd misrepresented what I had said.
It wasn't misrepresentation at all. It was an honest question as to you on whether or not we the electorate had the intellect and/or the ability to vote in any major decision-making in this country. I didn't have any problem with your response until the little unnecessary parting shot at the end.

It was completely misrepresented which is why I pulled you up on it.

Anyways, going to swing out here for the morning

Monumental sweat mountain, good riddance

Select few quotes from me about the tosser from as long back as 2011.

George Osbourne, along with Eric Pickles, are two of the worst human beings alive in Britain today who are not in prison for a criminal act. They literally delight in <bleeping> over the less well off and do so at every turn.

The worst is Eric Pickles. The one man on this planet I'd gladly pay money to punch in the face.

The top 10 Tory Tossers league table, which has Theresa May, Eric Pickles, Jeremy Hunt and George Osborne flying high in the Champions League places for all eternity.

In that case, would you be happy for the electorate to be given a basic civics test, and only those scoring a certain figure are permitted to vote? If you believe the electorate to be smart and clued up on the matters they're voting on, it shouldn't be a problem to pass?

You want people to pass a test before they qualify for the RIGHT to vote?! Sweet Jesus are you out of your mind Bruce?! That's gotta be the most monstrously undemocratic thing I've ever read. You must have a proper sinister outlook on democracy to think that way. What happens if you pass a certain level? Do you get more votes depending on how high your result is? I'm not sure how serious you are about all this but it's a horrifying idea as far as I'm concerned. Talk about "all people are equal, but some people are more equal then others".

He's been out of his mind since the early morning of 24th June last year...

People aren't equal. That's life. I can't wake up tomorrow and decide I'm going to be a doctor or drive a forklift truck or any of the plethora of things you need to show skills, knowledge and talent before society deems you safe to do so. You can't even sit on a jury unless you're deemed safe to do so.

And you think those things are comparable to fundamental basic rights like having the vote do you? What makes you so sure you'd pass eh? Who'd set the test and decide what was fair questions?

What gives you or anyone else the right to decide who should or shouldn't qualify for a vote? It's really sinister and more then a little frightening that anyone would think this way. Presumably your sure that you'd pass, otherwise you'd never advocate such a terrible idea so I'd like to know what makes you worth more then anyone else?
