I used to work 2-11.30 on Friday nights and then 6am - 4pm on Saturday mornings and thought I was bad. That's horrific.
I know a few lads who do the doors at the weekends and go home, have a wash and then go straight onto another job. The SIA licence makes that possible.

Ive changed my role myself recently.
I was struggling, i sent pm to biggyrat actually and he gave me some sound advice.
Two very quick promotions and massive pay rises were great. The hours and pressure were making me ill.
I luckily spotted it. The lads I talk about on the zero hours are phoned up constantly by their bosses and asked to do extra shifts.
The pressure that is applied, is done on the sly. Sort of 'if you don't help us out today, we won't give you hours next week ' sort of thing.
Zero hours contracts need looking at, sensibly.

Same with non proffesional agency work mate.

If you turn down a couple of offers of work, they don't bother with you again.

The job offers could be miles away, hard graft and usually unsociable hours.

All of which makes no odds.

The employment stats for this country are hiding the reality of "employment " in the real world.

And also I don't understand why people are secret Tories or shy Tories, you're voting for your future surely you're proud of the manifesto you're voting for?
Because it's shameful.
They are voting to kill the poor, disabled, sick and selected breeds of animals.
They are doing it because they think submitting to the Tory jackboot means they might go a bit easier on them, hell, they might even make a bit of profit out of it.
It's the lie they tell they middle classes, and they fall for it every time. Vote for us, we'll bully the others instead of you.

It's admitting you are weak or sadistic. Shameful either way, that's why the majority of Tory voters hide that they do it.

Down here in Plymouth, the city's had a decent time under this tory fella. How much of that was down to him is hard to say, but I went Labour because I don't like the owl hooting away in No. 10.

Probably because they can't be bothered getting into a debate with someone that thinks they're racists, ladder pullers and morons? It might do no harm to take a page from your esteemed leaders playbook and actually talk to those who think differently?
