6.5 for me. Anyone who says 0-5 is forgetting the shambles that Koeman inherited and despite a pathetic transfer window we have comfortably qualified for europe. Now we wait to see what Walsh and Koeman with the backing of the board can do this summer.

I've not got much to whinge about right now. Results and league finish have been better but our cups performances were as bad as anything under Martinez. I think we could have made use of having Deulofeu as an option in the squad because if we're being honest none of Lookman,

Calvert Lewin, or even Mirallas has set the world on fire and there were times where I would have preferred to have him. The football has been all over the map. We've had days where we've turned over City without breaking a sweat and then other games where we look like 11 strangers on the pitch just trying to boot it into their goal from our own half.

Overall though some decent progress has been made to restore our best of the rest title but this isn't going to be deemed a success of any level next year, this is a benchmark that we will want to see surpassed. He's achieved the minimum of what I wanted to see from us this year which was sneaking into Europe once again, I'm hopeful with more time and ability to shape the squad the way he wants it that we can improve on that.

Give it a 7. Massive improvement on last season. I want us to get closer to the six teams above us but first we had to put the likes of Southampton, West Ham and Stokd firmly in their place. We have done that.

Top end of the 0-5 for me.

Bit of a nothing season really.

Effectively ended on the first Saturday of the New Year.

Easily improved our league position from a very low base but still a long way behind the fourth placed team and a distant third in the "best of the rest" league.

Team building plans in limbo due to the uncertainty surrounding our two most high profile players.

But at least we sneaked a Europa League place thanks to Chelsea and/or Arsenal winning the domestic cups

Said we'd finish 7th at the start of the season based on the squad he had and if he shored up the back line.

He did.

But then it's completely gone to pot with the best players leaving and a whole new team needed if he's thinking about Champions League.

Then again, I think Ronko will jump ship after next season.

He'll need to improve us massively for any 'bigger' team to consider him.

I've always said I have no problem with him using us as a stepping stone, as he needs to prove he can be competitive and win things as a manager at this level.

If he can make us more competitive and win us a trophy or two, then he's served his purpose.

As I said in the match day thread, 15 points above 8th an 6 points between 8th an 17th, definitely the best of the rest an good foundations built. Just hope we build on it massively over the summer! A good 7/10 for me.

Put us where we were before Martinez arrived and destroyed us so good start of koemans reign! His strengthened squad by removing former reigns players and adding his own.

Summer will be huge and no one should be carried and put up with We need to add strong mental characters to squad
