Nothing's really changed since we dominated Arsenal though, has it?

I'd take our first 11 over either of Spurs', Arsenal's or the ****e's. Maybe include Verthongen/Bale/Defoe/Bucktooth if we're only looking at skills.

The world would probably implode if we had a right side of Coleman/Bale to go with the rest.

Bale infront of Coleman would be an unbelievable pairing IMO.

When did we dominate arsenal?

According to Eurosport we were a winner in the transfer window by keeping hold of our best players and signing a highly-rated young one. They have Spurs as one of the biggest losers for failing to sign striker cover as well as Chelsea who, they say, missed out on Fellaini, Willian and Butland. They also report that Arsenal will be disappointed not to have landed Huntelaar or Villa.

Fairly certain Bale has started games on both sides. And I think Baines/Pienaar and Baines/Mirallas makes more sense than Baines/Bale.

I'll say dominated because they resorted to the type of counter-attacking that we saw from the ****e until Suarez took out Mirallas. We had by far the better chances and Arteta was a hair away from causing a penalty when he brought down Pienaar.

I imagine it will be a while before we get a real chance for fourth again.
Heads down now, the rest of the season is going to be a real battle. COYB

Brilliant. We keep all our best players & added a 22yr old full German international for £1.5mn & we are a 'big loser'.

Mirallas and Gibson getting on the pitch is massively important to us, as is Jelavic finding some form.

Not the worst transfer window to be fair. Considering we have tiny amounts to work with there's no point spunking it all in a panic. That's how you end up with Andy Carrol. Derp
