Stopped reading after the first 2 lines,

Not sure why because I’ve seen evidence of him doing everything I mentioned in first 2 lines. But you definitely read more, if you didn’t I’d suggest you do as it’s a discussion forum based on opinions it’s also fine to have a different opinion or just plain dislike a player. But I’d imagine most would take a player 9th best goals per minute in the premier league, we moan when DCL goes on a long goal scoring drought and then moan when we have a forward scoring goals can’t win out of interest who would you like us to sign?

Young, hungry with huge resale value if he does well with a relatively small fee of £30 million for a striker in this market, who scored 12 scored last season. could argue that this is the kind of signing we’ve all been crying out for as opposed to over the hill players on the way down with no resale value at all.

It's a long time since we signed 4/5 players in one day.

Moving into his last year so the £20-30m is a bit far fetched.

Compare him to Tom Fellows who is available around £10-15m

Liverpool always seem to be able to add that Liverpool tax to young players, last year of contract or not.
Whatever Fellows goes for, Doak will go for more
Are we still looking at Fellows btw? 10-15 sounds worth it
