Or perhaps a limerick? There once was azul named Chico who hemmed and hawed ‘bout a preview. By the time it was done Match ‘O The Day had run and The Toffees had left Moyesie glum!

Everton Summer Transfer Thread - 2022

With a nod towards Ivanhoe, we could refer to ourselves as “los desheredados,” (the disinherited ones.)

    Everton Pre-Season (Tours) 2022/23 Thread

I recall the same inflation that summer they played in San Francisco. I recall that all online apps were quoting prices in the hundreds but that the prices for seats were like $30-40 by calling/going onto the stadium’s website. That might be worth a look. Safe flights/travels to all!

Might have been as simple as saying, “Right, Andre you’re out, Dele’s in.”

The absolute cheek of you mate is breathtaking! You all but abandon us for beards in a fence post sitting huff of pique and now back you come as casual as can be sliding in your “match preview” as if you’ve never left! Genuinely missed these mate, cheers!

What a gloriously weird post mate - made me laugh! We’ll batter these. 1-1 written all over it unfortunately. My hope though is that one of the new lads scores the winner to lift everyone’s spirits!

    Everton January 2022 Transfer Thread

Aaron Lennon was a pretty useful loan for us in the January window. If we could loan in another of that sort for our midfield we would be better off. However, in the main I think you’re right about this window. Brands seems to always go out of his way to bad mouth it.

    2021/22 Andre Gomes

Speak for yourself mate! His hair is so awesome it makes my ovaries from a prior life ache! Wouldn’t mind him back in a midfield three.

Hardly any “Friends” of ours in that motley crew! 2-1 to the good guys. We are allergic to clean sheets.

    2021/22 Seamus Coleman

As much as football is in reality a cold-hearted business, Seamus is the undeniable embodiment of the intangible romance of what makes it worth following. I desperately want him to finish this season on his own terms at a high level. Of the many bitterness-inducing decisions by management...

    2021/22 James Rodriguez

I get that management wanted/needed to sell James outright and quickly in order to help fund this window. I get that there is a bit of a personal history of discontent between our manager and James. I would imagine that James isn't wild about having to be here when the manager who brought him...
