Quayside is nice and some nice bars/ restaurants a bit out of the centre. Nice for a weekend visit. Good techo/ jungle nights but has never been a hub for electronic music tbh. The coast is the real draw round there.
Sunderland City centre is a prime example of town planning gone wrong.Been reading that there has been a lot of investment here and it was well needed. Love the coast there.
