Sunderland City centre is a prime example of town planning gone wrong.Been reading that there has been a lot of investment here and it was well needed. Love the coast there.

Yeah, absolutely tonnes going on really. New buildings popping up all the time now. As this is a football forum, I'd say that it's probably underrated as an away trip these days. Too many people stay in newcastle, when Sunderland has so many good restaurants, pubs and the coastline. And all walkable in the centre too.

I think he is a alright manager, to be fair at least he ended their trophy drought . He has become a bit arrogant since going there though and has a sort of Beavis with Botox vibe going on.
