If Silva is sacked - who could/should we get?

I like him. I like his attitude and style. We have to wait and see what happens if he gets into a crisis and how he goes about digging himself out of it. Nearly had a minor one in the cup. He’s one to keep an eye on. Others in the past have fallen. Also Wolves fans may have a take on where he can improve within the limitations of Wolves.
Been consistent now for 2 seasons and he had to sign a shed load of new players for the step up to the prem, you don't here them banging on aboit players needing time to bed in or transitional BS, Wolves are showing just how small time we are.

I love these threads every season. My vote goes to the bloke at Southampton. Then this time next year, the bloke at Watford with maybe Redknapp sandwiched in between?

1 - First crack at Managing and Derby excelling
2 - He and Team show no fear against bigger clubs
3 - As a player and now manager takes the cups seriously - much to our misfortune in the past
4 - Big Name, so top players would respect him and what he achieved at highest levels
5 - Media connections, which helps the war of attrition getting the attention deserved and changing the perceptions would be a PR win
6 - Unwanted by Chelsea in the end, couldn't see any of the other top 5 taking him on, no ties or conflicts with us so would be his biggest Managerial Opportunity in England point to prove
7 - He was knocked as a lad and had huge local pressure in him at West Ham, could offer a lot for the youngsters pushing through in what is a poisonous environment for local talent to try to thrive
8 - Midfielder with tremendous goal record, he gets the importance of trying go kick the ball into the net surely that should rub off a bit

How about them?

Moyes.

Just kidding.

I’d like to see arteta/lampard step up. They’ll be hungry for success.

Those who scoff at the thought of gerrard yet call for Benitez need to give their heads a chance wobble. If any manager came in and began to give us success I wouldn’t care who they played for/managed before

Wenger would be a great fit for us.But irrespective of who's in the dugout, this Everton side are bottlers supreme. There is a lot of mentality weak players in this side. Can Silva sort the problems that we have, with regards to performing in the big games?Time will tell.

Great post this, if they come up though it won't happen, same with the Leeds fella.
Just like Nuno, if you bring a team up your not going to walk.
For me this is why Arteta is the one, easier to walk away from a club as number 2
