Well if he has done it he deserves it. Well done Tim!(y) And well done to the defense as a whole over the season too, its a team effort at the end of the day!

Even though Tim holds the record, it really does not change the fact that Nev is a legend!

Richard Wright was the best keeper and biggest Legend that Everton have had. FACT :P
 
Heard he was the man you need around the house when you wanted to put something in the loft!
 

Kudos to Timbo and he has had a consistent season which we have been all proud to witness. However, we can't discount our fearsome foursome at the back they come to play week in and week out and since Moyes was a defender we can see the legacy starting to shape up. You hear it on every commentators lips each and every game when they discuss our team "hard to breakdown".(y)

in all fairness, he did well to keep the score so low, he actually made some great saves that night otherwise the score could have been well into double figures.

re the record, let's not forget this is just in premier terms - the real record is 21 for gordon west in 1969/70.
 
Gotta say I'm proud of old Timmy Howard. He was close last year, if I remember right. Did a quick look ... but all the stat sites have just apps and goals. You'd think they'd (whomever "they" are) would realize that keeping goals scored stats for a keeper is fruitless and count clean sheets instead.

Anyone know a really good football stats site?
