….everybody just needs to chill, I doubt he’ll be going anywhere regardless of the clubs interested in him.
I’d think this’ll be his last managerial job, we need to concentrate on getting him to sign a contract extension than posters worry about him being poached.

If he'd kept his mouth shut after he left here first time around there'd be a pretty unanimous 'he's limited but he's done more than well here for all that'.
However he didn't. What was said and done was said and done, and his legacy will be sullied for a lot of Evertonians.
I just dont think those who continue to support him really fully understand that or ever will, probably because they've never known anything other than Moyes, pretty much.

I've watched Kendall teams and even though his last stint wasn't great , he's got the love of the Evertonians for ever .
I've also watched Big Sam ( I think he had an above average stint although it's not to everyone's liking ) save us .
I've also seen Bobby Brown Shoe's legacy tank because he was just too stubborn and couldn't see what's right in front of him .
And of course I've seen Suntan Walker . Everyone knows his legacy .
A lot of us here understand why he left as he went to manage arguably the third best team in the world and even though it pinched a bit he left because at the time he was a young manager who wanted to test himself on the grandest stage . After he left Utd he wanted to come back a few times and it didn't happen for whatever reason. Do you think he would of gone to West Ham if we were serious about getting him back ?
His legacy has a slight blemish due to ambition but let's be honest here , he's been out best manager since Big Joe .
I don't know why you bear this grudge , A lot of us our over it especially as he's making us competitive. His tactics aren't always right but at this moment and back in the day we were lucky to get him .
His legacy will always be more than a good one .

The fact we still have to endure super bloo blow hards on here questioning a manager that has turned us from relegation zone haunting no marks into this after barely one year of leadership is the problem lads. That some of you are that insecure you can’t just admit you got it wrong is the other problem.

Everton have clearly been a platform for his career and he exploited that. To see him waltz back inhere as if nothing happened is not on as far as Ilm concerned.
And he's done f.a. here btw for all the talk of 'best manager since Royle'. Twelve seasons and he came up with nothing, and a style of play that put us back decades. That's his legacy.
