Only negative to Dewsbury-Hall would be bailing Chelsea out of a mistake again. But if a team like Fulham are gonna do it anyway then I'd rather it be us. Hes also currently a better player than Mcatee and cheaper

He's not better, cheaper fee but way higher wages, and he's five years older.

Justin James. Getting desperate. I guess this must be 6th choice or we have no plan to find a permanent replacement for Coleman.

I think it’s the position we’re most prepared to compromise and earmarked for value mate. I think we’l roll with Jake and one other maybe James - I think Patterson might go, if we do James.
I suspect you’re right. If he needs to move Jake to CB for any reason he’ll need someone who can play that role.

We refused to replace Coleman for a billion years.

Our best RB currently is a 6’6” centre half.

Now people want to sign James Justin?

Can we not just splash out on a proper quality right-back for the first time in 50 years.
James Justin sounds like the false name you give when arrested/detained for spurious reasons of course.

I don’t know how you define a player as “good”. If he is meant to be act as a back-up and played 13 league games last season that’s mean he was not important for a team like Chelsea. If he is satisfied to be a bit part at the age of 27, I don’t think he is the right player the manager should look for.
Chelsea were in 4 different comps last season and he was playing as part of their second squad in those. I don't begrudge him going to Chelsea to play with the manager who got the best out of him and being at a club which had a chance of being in the CL. It was worth the shot to try and push on as a player. It's no shame either to not have got ahead of Enzo and Caicedo.

You seem to have a really high threshold as to what is good enough for Everton, a team that finished 13th last season and a team that's going to be starting with James Garner in midfield at this rate. That's a low benchmark yet you're setting the benchmark very high for some reason. In the midfield names that have been suggested here or we have been linked with id rather have Luiz > KDGH > Brownhill, but I think a player of Luiz's ilk is going to be hard for us to attract. I think we need two anyway and Luiz and KDH would be a good two to go for, they'd both upgrade us instantly.
